New York City Ambassadors

Seeing New York City with The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles As My Guide

I love visiting New York City and getting lost. I have a horrible sense of direction. I cannot describe to you just how bad it is and how frustrating it can be at times. That being said, when I’m not on anyone’s time but my own and in an interesting place like Manhattan, it can be kind of nice. I usually end up finding something new. I used to visit New York and get lost once or twice a year, but more and more people I cared about kept moving there and making it harder to take time for myself and do tourist stuff. Last week I decided to take a trip for me and here’s what happened.

Review "Secrets of the Sewers" at the Children's Museum of Indianapolis

Going into the Secrets of the SewersThis past Saturday Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles took over at the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis. That was the day that the “Secrets of the Sewers” Exhibit opened up to the public.  This is a large Exhibit full of games, props, and group activities.  Made to help families and friends learn to work together as a team while enjoying our fab four Turtles!  Here is my review of the “Secrets of the Sewers” Exhibit.

Random Review #41

Throughout the years of being a Ninja Turtle fan, my collection has been growing.  Every year I get something new that joins the collection.  Growing since 1989, I have over 500 Ninja Turtle toys out of package and over 300 in package, as well as books, animation cels, original comic art, scripts and so much more.  To cover all of this on Cowabunga Corner is not something I really think I can do.  Though I get a lot of questions about my collection, so I figured I could do random stories from time to time to share one item in my collection.  This one is about Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Gummy Pizzas.

Summer of Shell: Nickelodeon Suites Resort

On Wednesday, June 11th 2014 I received a phone call from Michele while she was driving to Orlando, Florida. She was on her way to the Nickelodeon Suites Resort for Retro Weekend, a TMNT event part of the Summer of Shell. Summer of Shell is an event made to celebrate TMNT in one of it's biggest years yet. With the 30th Anniversary, 2014 movie, and epic storyline of the Nick series, the turtle-power-train shows no signs of slowing down!

This event was so big, that one review just won't be able fit it all in. I'll be covering various aspects separately, starting with the hotel itself.

Kodak Moments #11

I got hundreds to thousands of photos through my life.  A lot of which would match up to stories here on Cowabunga Corner, but for one reason or another they are not chosen.  This does not mean that these photos are not worth sharing and do not hold stories of their own.  I would like to keep sharing what I can here on the site, so whenever I can I will share a photo and a story to go along with the photo.  If it’s a part of events that have been shared here, we will link back to the stories of the events themselves as well.  Hope everyone enjoys.  Today’s photo is Ninjara and I at a pizza place near Phoenix, AZ.
